Regolamento di Casa Lande

Gentili ospiti, grazie per averci scelto. Vi ricordiamo che i servizi inclusi sono: Wi-Fi gratuito, elettrodomestici per la cucina e per la pulizia della casa, biancheria nel bagno e nelle camere. Si ricorda che è severamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.
La pulizia dei locali da parte del personale è prevista solo all'arrivo e non durante la permanenza. Si consiglia vivamente di non usare due o più elettrodomestici contemporaneamente per evitare un eccessivo carico elettrico e di mantenere inalterata l'impostazione del termostato dal check-in per tutta la permanenza.
Per i rifiuti sono predisposti 4 contenitori (indifferenziata, plastica, carta, vetro). I contenitori possono essere svuotati nei vari punti di raccolta e cassonetti disposti nel paese.
Casa Lande è una piccola struttura che mira a fornire ai clienti un ambiente confortevole. Ogni giorno proviamo a migliorare il nostro servizio, con particolare attenzione all'aspetto ecologico. Per questo motivo, chiediamo la Vostra collaborazione nell'utilizzo del sistema di riscaldamento dell'ambiente e della biancheria fornita.
Si prega infine i gentili ospiti di effettuare il check-out per lasciare l'appartamento entro le ore 10.30.

Dear guests, thank you for choosing us. Please note that the following are included: free Wi-Fi, kitchen and household cleaning appliances, and bed and bath linens. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Professional cleaning is provided only upon arrival, not during your stay. We strongly advise against using two or more appliances simultaneously to avoid overloading the electrical system, and we ask that you keep the thermostat setting unchanged throughout your stay.
Four bins are provided for waste disposal (general waste, plastic, paper, and glass). These can be emptied at the various collection points and dumpsters located throughout the village.
Casa Lande is a small establishment dedicated to providing a comfortable environment for our guests. We strive to improve our service daily, with a particular focus on environmental sustainability. For this reason, we ask for your cooperation regarding the use of the heating system and the linens provided.
Finally, we kindly ask guests to check out and vacate the apartment by 10:30 AM.

Eine professionelle Reinigung erfolgt nur bei der Ankunft, nicht während Ihres Aufenthalts. Wir raten dringend davon ab, mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig zu betreiben, um eine Überlastung des Stromnetzes zu vermeiden, und bitten Sie, die Einstellung des Thermostats während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts unverändert zu lassen.
Für die Müllentsorgung stehen vier Behälter zur Verfügung (Restmüll, Kunststoff, Papier und Glas). Diese können an den verschiedenen Sammelstellen und Containern im Dorf geleert werden.
Casa Lande ist ein kleiner Betrieb, der seinen Gästen eine komfortable Umgebung bieten möchte. Wir sind bestrebt, unseren Service täglich zu verbessern, wobei wir besonderen Wert auf ökologische Nachhaltigkeit legen. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir um Ihre Mithilfe bei der Nutzung der Heizung und der bereitgestellten Wäsche.
Schließlich bitten wir unsere Gäste, das Apartment bis spätestens 10:30 Uhr zu verlassen (Check-out).
